How to Order Our Antiques
When interested in an item, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (202) 332-3370. We’ll be happy to send you additional photos or provide more information about the item. The Brass Knob accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, as well as personal check and cash payments.
When paying by credit card, please call or fax your credit card information to us. We will then fax you a copy of the invoice, which you must sign and fax back. If you are unable to fax the signed invoice, please e-mail us confirming that we may charge your credit card, but please do not e-mail your credit card number to us. If paying by personal check, we do not ship until the check has cleared.
Delivery and Shipping
We will be happy to provide a quote for packing and shipping, or for a delivery, if you are in the Washington DC metropolitan area. All items at The Brass Knob, except hardware, are professionally packed for shipping. Delivery and shipping charges must be paid before an item leaves the store.
Terms of Sale
All merchandise purchased from The Brass Knob Architectural Antiques can be returned, if there are no alternations or damage, for a full refund within seven days of purchase, unless purchased during a sale or discounted. All sales are final after seven days. All custom orders and discounted sales are final sales and non-refundable. The Brass Knob is not responsible for items left more than 30 days after purchase. Deposits are non-refundable after seven days. All shipping, packing, and delivery charges are non-refundable.
